Veeva Systems and IQVIA entered a long-term commercial and clinical partnership and have completed settlement of all remaining legal issues. In this global agreement, the customers can access data, service offerings, technology, and software from IQVIA and Veeva seamlessly. The partnership makes it easy for customers to effortlessly work with both companies in the clinical and commercial areas. The partnership will help expand the customer chain by double in the future.
In the commercial area, the companies have developed software for third-party access (TPA) and master data agreements that permit Veeva or IQVIA data to be best integrated with each other's services or software in customer instances, including the integration of IQVIA data in the Veeva network for master data management (MDM), also Veeva Nitro for Veeva AI and analytics. Additionally, the use of Veeva data in IQVIA’s marketing products and services, IQVIA has participated in the Veeva AI, services partner programs, and technology to boost customer merger between IQVIA analytics and Veeva software. Also, including IQVIA agentic AI, IQVIA commercial orchestration offerings, and IQVIA information management (consisting of MDM). The customers will receive the fastest, seamless process to take TPAs for projects.
In the clinical area, IQVIA became a part of Veeva’s CRO clinical data partner program and can accelerate the Veeva clinical suite to implement clinical trials with the Veeva software products involving study forms with Veeva EDC. In this area, with this partnership, the customers will get an advantage from IQVIA’s clinical data management and clinical technology solutions. Also, the customers will benefit from EDC programming expertise with Veeva software to elevate study locks, data delivery, and database build.
