The national innovation agency is in partnership with the Thai health tech trade association (Health Tech Startup Thailand) and collaborators in medical innovation districts worldwide, gathering brilliant entrepreneurs in the health and medical technology innovation based on medtech/healthtech, for startups SEs and SMEs to apply for participation in the business matching for usability testing (sandbox program) and business incubation activities (incubation program) in accordance to the Thailand innovation hub development project.

The joint aim is to unlock new opportunities for the growth of healthcare and medical innovation businesses, came ahead to be a part of the incubation/sandbox program to improve potency and extend the market for growth purposes. Government programs and schemes have identified experts and innovators in healthcare technology, adapting to the evolving healthcare sector. Thailand will encounter remarkable talents and advancement in one place with this dedicated program. This program will bring new opportunities and partnerships ahead to reshape the healthcare sector.

Business Incubation Program

The business incubation program is available to legal entities that are registered in Thailand with at least 51% Thai nationality shareholders, who are developing a service prototype or innovative product process. The program contributes to the dedicated transitioning of ideas into the businesses that have the potential to resolve challenges in the health and medical sectors, heading beyond idea prototypes and expanding business growth. The applicants should submit company details for the panel or other coordinators to learn the background of the company and a pitch deck highlighting the concept of health businesses and innovative medical that will be accepted by 14th September 2025.

The sandbox program aims at usability testing and business matching mainly for juristic individuals registered in Thailand. The program is introduced for entrepreneurs or companies with products or services all set to be launched or already exist in the market. The participants will partner with real (live) customers at the program to examine usability, extend the market reach, and receive guidance from technology and business experts. The program does not include classroom learning but focuses more on practical market growth globally.

The activity schedule will start with the open applications until 14th September 2025, following the selection of the participants from 15th to 30th September 2025. The business usability testing and incubation activities will take place from October 2025 to January 2026. There are no charges for the applicants in the participation process.
