Bio-Techne and Saguaro enter a distribution agreement

The Saguaro Biosciences, a leader in non-toxic live cell reagents for improved drug insights, has entered a distributive partnership agreement with Bio-Techne Corporation, a leading provider of science tools, diagnostic and reagents products. The collaboration will elevate Bio-Techne’s expansive commercialize channels and overseas sales to deliver improved access for Saguaro’s portfolio of wash-free, non-toxic dyes to the researchers.

This smart partnership is engineered to successfully fill the accelerating demand for upgraded reagents that allow physiologically matchable and superior throughput cell-related assays. The collaboration will primarily focus on the saguaro’s dyes’ distribution, consisting of nucleoLIVE (nuclear dye), mortaLIVE (live-dead dye) and chromaLIVE (popular technology for drug profiling). This platform/technology is engineered for improved cell viability, cytotoxicity screening and phenotypic profiling.

The companies together will optimise other existing as well as new distribution solutions at the commercial level. The approach benefiting researchers will lead to new advancements and acceleration in drug development. The researchers will now have access to the smart platforms through this partnership. Saguaro’s portfolio will also get a broader research audience to perform excellence globally. The more alliances, more are the chances to incorporate change and positive impact into the healthcare market.
