Yellow Fertility has tied up with CARE IVF in order to increase access to fertility treatment centers in eastern and northeast parts of India, starting with Kolkata. With this partnership, the two companies have planned to set up eight new fertility centers in various parts of the region within the next two years. This initiative is designed to make in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and assisted reproductive technology (ART) more accessible, especially for those people who travel long distances to avail of the fertility treatment services.
The partnership will begin operations at two existing CARE IVF centers in Kolkata. These centers offer services for IVF, IUI, fertility preservation, and other advanced ART treatments. As per the companies, the patients will receive standard operating procedures, expertise, and comprehensive treatment programs
"Scaling was our priority while ensuring that there were no compromises in clinical standards," stated Ambika Bhaik, CEO of Yellow Fertility. According to her, the regional knowledge of CARE IVF will help Yellow Fertility grow in eastern and northeast India.
The cooperation involves the business plans of Yellow Fertility and the presence of CARE IVF in the region. Both firms plan to open eight more fertility clinics in two years, offering more options for those people in eastern and northeastern India who require reproductive healthcare services.
Dr Mukesh Sirohia, who serves as a Partner and Director at CARE IVF, stated that eastern and northeastern India were becoming more relevant as regions where there is high demand for fertility care, driven by demographics and higher awareness levels. Moreover, he noted that the cooperation would help CARE IVF boost its regional presence while offering affordable and efficient fertility services for patients.
This cooperation is one of the steps in the long-term plan of Yellow Fertility aimed at building 100 IVF centers in India until 2030.
