PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk initially adopted cloud services involving initially from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to leverage AI-driven innovation and digital transformation in healthcare. With an almost network of 41 hospitals, Siloam focuses on evolving in patient care by initiating modernization in its IT system, forming smart applications, and enhancing the efficiency level throughout its 41 hospitals. This innovative move into the healthcare sector is appreciated and altogether needed in the challenging world. Treatments and medicines demonstrate the advancement of hospitals and professionals.

Siloam’s deployment of AWS cloud will help advance the medical devices to perform more precisely and help ease the workload. This will enhance the healthcare infrastructure and support Siloam in the long run to evolve with changing times and requirements in the vast healthcare market.

Modernized Innovation and Healthcare Infrastructure

In a competition to uplift operations and provide real-time data access, Siloam has measured its mission-critical journey to the AWS cloud. By crossing bridges for hospital electronic medical records, billing platforms, Mysiloam digital app, and information systems, Siloam focuses on enhancing system resilience and developing a robust foundation for AI innovation. The infrastructure helped Siloam to adopt AI-driven solutions, including the automatic summarization of medical records and the alignment or management of inventories with AI for quick data capture.

Main AWS services are in line to contribute to Siloam’s modernization. These will further involve AWS Lambda, which provides serverless backend automation, AWS elastic disaster recovery (DRS) for increased cost-efficient business consistency, and AWS backup for comprehensive, compliant data protection throughout its hospital network. The consolidating and unforgettable legacy of the AWS cloud enabled Siloam to opt for an everlasting sustainability goal. The modernization promotes less carbon emissions, optimization of IT investments, and low energy consumption.
