OPEN Healthcare inaugurated the grand new heart of the art 23,000 square foot clinical laboratory, to revive millions of lives in Gardena, California. It’s a crucial milestone in the company’s mission to extend access to affordable, quality testing globally. The opening is built on the foundation of the known reference laboratories in Korea, the Seegene Medical Foundation (SMF). Following this, OPEN Healthcare went ahead with its mission of making healthcare accessible and open to every individual. The SMF has invested prominently to introduce innovation, precision, and quality of laboratory diagnostics and medicine to communities worldwide.
With progress in Vietnam, Kazakhstan, and now in the United States, open healthcare’s reach shows its long-term vision to enable ‘anywhere testing’ to healthcare, patients, and clinicians' systems throughout the world. The Gardena lab marks not just a physical expansion but a promise to the US healthcare system. Alongside the international CLIA certification achiever and reach of above 1,000 laboratory tests, open healthcare is designed to contribute to employers, consumers, clinicians, and hospitals with a vast range of diagnostics for advanced infectious disease and routine wellness panels.
This milestone of OPEN healthcare will lead to effective expansion of access and development in the United States. The space for drug development will further reveal new healthcare solutions with this massive clinical laboratory. The at-home testing service is an additional advancement of the OPEN healthcare, building a strong infrastructure.
With this grand opening, the open healthcare will also introduce the allrange kit rooted to an at-home collection testing service. Starting with the HPV14 and STI13 tests, and will nearly extend its robust hormones, wellness panel, and women’s and men’s health profiles, the allrangekit will provide consumers an appropriate, physician-guided, and private way to map their health from their comfort zone itself.
OPEN Healthcare stands strong with its mission. With its US headquarters now actively operational, the company will consistently extend its services throughout clinicians, direct-to-consumers, hospitals, and employer channels, building on its robust global foundation.
President and CEO of Open Healthcare, Yongseok Kim, said, “The grand opening and launch of new services reflect our commitment to accessibility, prevention, and innovation in the US healthcare. With this facility, we are bringing the latest in diagnostic technology and global expertise of Seegene Medical Foundation together to serve individuals across America, providing clinical test services.”
